The company was formed in 2002 and all our staff have been in the Document Management and Business Process Management industry from its early years gaining experience working directly for global software authors such as Metastorm and Alchemy. Natural attraction to form an expert consultancy company was inevitable.
In our 7 years of trading we have nurtured many long term relationships with household names in a variety of different industries. Our track record is unblemished and our projects have all delivered value and enabled our clients to prosper.
Today we are actively involved with industry user groups and speak at vendor roadshows and other prestigious events. We don’t seek to just earn our living but hope to lead thought process and develop capability in the Business Process Management industry – it’s our passion! |

Andrew Page
Managing Director
Andy was one of the founders of Process Flow, formally ALPS Business Solutions Ltd. After being recruited by Metastorm in 1998, Andy worked his way up to senior consultant and travelled extensively in this role helping Metastorm build the market we see today in the business process automation/ management space., Andy took the plunge and set up our consultancy company in 2002 and year on year we have steadily grown under his guidance and now we are a leading supplier for Metastorm engaged in several high profile contracts for major global brands such as Linklaters.
Andy has come from a development background but spends most of his time now project managing large contracts and has been instrumental in designing our methodology that brings the repeated successes Process Flow shares with all of its clients.

Andreas Schneider
Senior BPM Consultant
Andreas Schneider has worked with us since 2004, having previously been IT manager for Deutsche Poste. Andreas is German by birth but has been a UK resident for many years now and has worked on projects where is his fluent language skills have been an asset. Andreas has a great deal of experience in software design, and utilises his knowledge of Visual Studio and SQL to great effect with the Metastorm projects he delivers. Having completed a long term project at Stephenson Harwood he has solid knowledge of the legal market. Previously Andreas delivered our work to Deutshe Poste and his logistics and postal industry knowledge is also very sound. Andreas has also been instrumental in building our companies standards for project methodology and ensuring our testing approaches are world class. Andreas is a dedicated member of our team who adds great value to every project he participates in.
